Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Cevora Interiors. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Returns can be initiated in cases of:
- Receiving a damaged or broken product
- Incorrect item or design delivered
- Quality or finish issues
- Product in perfect condition, but you’ve changed your mind
Once your return request is approved, you may choose a full refund (for eligible items) or a store credit valid for 1 year.
Please note:
- Products purchased during a sale will only be eligible for store credit. This can be used toward any product of equal or higher value within 1 year.
- For fresh arrivals or full-price items, a full refund will be processed once the returned product passes inspection.
- In case of return due to change of mind, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Cevora Interiors reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy terms. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team.
